Happy Fish has introduced a new mini game in the recent update, version 4.1 (yeah!) - are you ready for the Boxing Championship?
Happy Fish (Taiwan version) has published the rules for this mini game http://t.cn/8FONW8M and I would like to share a translated version of that post. As I have not played this mini game yet, I cannot provide detailed information.
There are two basic requirements to join the Boxing Championship:
- You own either a Blue or Red Boxer
- You have reached at least level 40 and above
This is how a Blue Boxer looks like. You can obtain a Blue Boxer from Crown Exchange.
This is how a Red Boxer looks like. You need to use Fish Bucks to purchase this fish.
When you are at level 40, Happy Fish will send you an Entry Card to participate in the boxing championship. You can find this Entry Card in the System Message.
Click on Get Reward to claim your Entry Card. Your Entry Card will be stored as Fish Food.
Release either your Blue or Red Boxer into your aquarium. Feed the fish with the Entry Card and it will turn into a Pet! Your Boxer Fish is then stored under Pets, along with Reindeer Fish, Musician Fish and Seahorse.
Warning: Once you have fed your Blue or Red Boxer with the Entry Card, it stays as a Pet forever. As a Pet, your Boxer Fish no longer produce gems. It cannot be crowned too.
You can start playing the Boxing Championship mini game after your Boxer Fish has turned into a Pet!.
You are given 10 daily energy for this Boxing Championship mini game. Each time you play the mini game, a portion of your daily energy will be consumed. Once you have used up all 10 daily energy, you need to use Fish Bucks to continue playing the mini game.
In this mini game, your Pet will be competing with another player's pet. If you feel that your opponent is too strong, you can use Fish Bucks to change to another opponent.
This mini game is actually a game of rock-paper-scissors. Each challenge lasts for five rounds. Whoever's LIFE drops to zero first or has the lowest LIFE after five rounds is the loser.
What does the winner get? A medicine pill and a boxing glove! The medicine pill can increase the COMBAT EXPERIENCE of your Pet. What's the boxing glove for? Well, you have to collect 100 boxing gloves to be qualified to challenge the Boxer King!
If you managed to defeat the Boxer King, Happy Fish will remove your Boxer Fish and replace it with a Boxer King!
TIPS
- It might be a good idea to turn your Blue Boxer into a pet, instead of the Red Boxer.
- Do make sure that your Pet is well prepared before challenging the Boxer King. Increase its COMBAT EXPERIENCE as much as possible.
- There is a possibility that should you lose to Boxer King, you might have to collect another round of 100 boxer gloves before you can challenge the Boxer King again.

ReplyDeleteHi there, the 100 boxing gloves will not disappear. There is no time limit. The boxing gloves will only disappear if you use it to challenge (fight) the Boxer King.
